Metal Activity Heuristic Of Metalloprotein and Enzymatic Sites (MAHOMES) II - Predicts if a protein-bound metal ion is enzymatic or non-enzymatic. Submitting a structure file(s) with metalloprotein will (1) group relevant metal ions in the submitted structure into one or more metal sites, (2) calculate structure-based, physicochemical features for each metal site, and (3) output enzyme or non-enzyme predictions for metal sites with successful feature calculations using the trained machine learning model, MAHOMES II.

The MAHOMES II web application is restricted to non-commercial use only.
